Who Can Enter This Contest?
Anyone with a kitchen or bathroom in need of professional redesign can enter. (Subject to local WA state contest rules and service area limitations).
What Do I Get if I Win?
A $4,000 design services package from Casali Construction & Remodeling. No cash value.
How Will the Winner be Chosen?
A finalist will be randomly selected April 25, 2026 after submitting photos and/or a description of their space in need of redesign.

Whatcom County Kitchen or Bathroom Design Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Whatcom County Kitchen or Bathroom Design Giveaway Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Casali Construction & Remodeling, located at 4233 Meridian Street Ste 103 Bellingham, WA. 98226 (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion may be promoted through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), KAFE 104.1 radio, and Sponsor’s website but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or KAFE 104.1.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to:

Legal residents of Washington State

Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Who own a home located in Whatcom County, Washington where the design project will take place
Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor or any affiliated companies involved in the administration of the
Promotion are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins March 30, 2026 and ends April 25, 2026 at 3:30 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by visiting www.casaliconstructionremodeling.com and completing the official entry form during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
A home kitchen or bathroom redesign project valued at up to $4,000 (Approximate Retail Value: $4,000).
Prize details:

The project must take place at the winner’s primary residence in Whatcom County, Washington
-
The prize may not be redeemed for cash
-
If the project cost is less than $4,000, the difference will not be awarded

If the project cost exceeds $4,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance
-
Scope of work may be subject to Sponsor approval
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $4,000.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will occur on or about April 25, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.
If the winner:

Cannot be contacted within 5 days,

Fails to respond, or
-
Is found to be ineligible,
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Conditions
Winner must comply with all reasonable requirements necessary to complete the renovation project.
The winner is responsible for:

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize

Any upgrades or costs exceeding the $4,000 prize value
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, contractors, Meta, and KAFE 104.1 from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the Promotion.
12. Privacy
Information collected during entry will be used only in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at website privacy policy.

To request the name of the winner, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope within 60 days of the drawing date to:
