Framing Crew Lead
Whatcom County, WA | Full-Time
Monday—Friday | 8am—4:30pm

Casali Construction & Remodeling specializes in high-quality residential and commercial construction, driven by excellence, craftsmanship, and integrity. We are looking for an experienced Framing Crew Lead who will collaborate closely with our Project Managers, Interior Designers, and clients to turn blueprints into reality.
Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of wood framing experience, 2+ years of supervisory or crew leader experience, and must also be able to:

Read and accurately interpret blueprints, construction plans, and framing layouts.

Ensure all work complies with project specifications and local building codes.

Maintain a safe, productive, and organized job site.

Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Train and mentor crew members.

Track material and tool usage, proactively reporting any shortages.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is necessary for this role.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred.

Crew Leader

Casali Construction & Remodeling is searching for a Crew Manager to oversee our diverse remodeling projects in Whatcom County and act as a vital link between our Project Managers, Interior Designers, and clients.
Qualified candidates must have a valid state driver’s license with a reliable form of transportation, 5+ years of comprehensive remodeling/construction experience, 2+ years of supervisory or crew leader experience, and must also be able to:

Lead and manage a remodeling crew through various phases of construction.

Interpret project plans, designer specifications, and layouts.

Ensure all craftsmanship meets building codes.

Maintain job site safety, productivity, and cleanliness.

Coordinate daily with team members and specialty subcontractors.

Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.

Manage on-site materials and tools, forecasting upcoming needs to prevent delays.

Estimator & Sales Representative
Whatcom County, WA | Full-Time

Behind every beautiful build is a carefully crafted plan.
Casali Construction & Remodeling is looking for an experienced Estimator & Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our future clients.
In this role, you will evaluate incoming leads, conduct on-site consultations, and build accurate estimates. A qualified candidate must be able to:

Respond promptly to incoming web, phone, email, and referral leads.

Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project scope, timeline, and budget are all in alignment.

Visit potential job sites to gather necessary details, dimensions, and photos.

Present estimates to clients, secure final contract, and facilitate a seamless handoff to the Project Manager and Interior Designer.

Review completed projects against initial estimates to analyze budget and profit accuracy, refining accordingly for future projects.

Track sales metrics

Actively network with local architects, designers, and real estate professionals to generate new business.
